Training Syllabus
Our syllabus only uses the simple, direct and effective Martial Arts techniques and skills . We challenge you to find a better training program! Our training sessions will challenge your mind and body and take you to a new level of health, confidence and ability in Real Martial Arts skills, you will get fit and fearless, fast. We train a multi dimensional approach that leads you through a methodical training syllabus.
You will become stronger, faster and smarter while having fun, making solid friendships and gaining respect, confidence and an iron cast will and whatever your current state of health, we guarantee an increase in your personal strength, endurance and overall mental and physical fitness.
We begin with a warm up, then start working through Drills, Bridging Techniques, kicking Techniques, Disarming/locking techniques, then into sticking hands exercises and usually finish with some free flow exercises, Chi Sao (Sticking Hands), San Sao (Random Hands Fighting) or Forms (Individual Structure and Concept development).
