These books by Sifu Kokkorakis outline the basics as taught at the Lincoln Kung fu Academy and are available to purchase through Amazon and other retailers. This first manual covers all the main theory behind the Wing Chun system, including the development of stance, body structure, and inch force, as well as covering physiological and psychological aspects of training.

The second book in the series covers the first form in detail, explaining the principles for training, and how the actions within the form are applied, as well as terminology. The sequence of the form is also fully outlined in pictures.
The third book will cover the second form in detail, as well as further details on the systems applications, covering footwork and sticking hands drills. Available January 2011.
Check out the Ip Man movie starring Donnie Yen. Its a great action movie and really shows off the skill of Wing Chun at its best. Based on the life of Grandmaster Ip Man, if you’re into Wing Chun, this movie is a must see.

Sifu David Peterson has re-released his great book on Master Wong Shun Leungs Ving Tsun. It covers many of the concepts of his system and shares an insight into the legend of this great Ving Tsun teacher. It’s available from Sifu Petersons website, and also at everything Wing Chun.
Alan Gibson has just published a collection of his books, called ‘Wing Chun, the Works’. It is available from him directly in hardback, each one is numbered and he will sign it for you if you so request. It covers a broad range of subject matter and again, another great read. He also has a number of instructional DVDs available. Remember, you cannot have enough reference material at your disposal, if you are serious about your development, this is one book you need in your library.

Also highly recommended are these titles, full of great information and training advice, the ‘Mastering Kung Fu’ book by Benny Meng is about the relatively little known Hung Fa Yee method and is in another league as far as detail , as is the Wing Chun Compendium by Wayne Belonha:

Complete Wing Chun by Robert Chu & rene Ritchie
Simply Wing Chun Kung Fu by Shaun Rawcliff
